"Nowadays if I look at a meadow I think lunch"

I have been foraging for wild foods most of my life and have written a book on the subject.  In recent years I have begun taking groups on guided wild food walks including such iluminaries as famous botanist David Bellamy.  On a typical walk you will get to know some 30 species of edible plants, their identification and possible mis-identification and their culinary uses as well as their medicinal properties.  If you wish the walk can culminate in a session in the kitchen preparing what you have gathered.

Wild plants are the ultimate organic foods and they are nature's free gift to us.  Please contact us to book a forage near you in English, Italian, German or Dutch.
